The Sandwich Market has been in operation at 410 Selden Street, Elizabeth City since 1988. The friendly staff proudly (and quickly) serves over 200 people a day and is now serving a third generation of loyal customers since beginning here in Elizabeth City.
The Sandwich Market has two driveway entrances: one from Ehringhaus St. and one on Selden Street. The restaurant has a spacious dining room, a front porch with tables, and a drive-through for those who want to quickly pick up a takeout order.
The sandwich menu features classic items, with an option to build your own. A popular choice is the Blondie sandwich made with smoked turkey, bacon, cheddar, provolone, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion on the bread of your choice.
